About Me

I’m a mechanical engineering student and graduate researcher, but I don’t really see engineering as just coursework or research. For me, it’s about building things, figuring out why they work (or don’t), and doing that alongside people I enjoy working with.
Most of my technical work has been in additive manufacturing and materials research. I’ve spent the past few years working with polymer composites, 3D printing, material characterization, functional inks, and FEA. Right now, my research focuses on printing complex, overhanging polymer morphing structures and studying their piezoelectric behavior. I like work that’s hands-on, iterative, and a little messy, where you learn by testing and refining ideas.
What matters to me just as much as the technical side is the people. I enjoy talking to others, learning how they think, and building long-term working relationships. I tend to do best in teams where communication is open and everyone is willing to learn from each other.
Outside of engineering, I spend some time dancing, cooking, and playing sports. I am a huge soccer fan and I root for FC Barcelona. Things like this keep me balanced and give me a way to connect with people outside of work.
At the end of the day, I’m someone who likes learning, building things, and working with people who care about what they do.
